The Digital IF Vector Analyzer for DIFI (DIVA-D) is a complete test suite for verifying DIFI products, including DIFI sources and DIFI sinks.

DIVA-D Receive Capabilities
DIVA-D verifies the integrity of DIFI streams sent from DIFI Sources by analyzing packets in realtime.
Monitoring
DIVA-D collects packets and displays statistics of each stream (by Stream ID), including a count of packets, number of errors, etc.
Signal Analysis
DIVA-D can collect each stream’s data packets and perform digital signal processing to demodulate the digital signals and display characteristics such as power spectrum, constellation, EVM, phase noise, etc.
DIVA-D Transmit Capabilities
By generating and transmitting user-defined streams, the DIVA-D verifies DIFI Sink functionality.
Stream Generation
DIVA-D can create DIFI streams representing user-defined waveforms.
DIVA-D Simulation Capabilities
DIVA-D allows users to implement different channel and network effects on the signals represented by DIFI Streams. This feature verifies the ability of DIFI devices — and communications links that employ DIFI — to handle impairments in communications channels and networks.
Doppler Simulation
DIVA-D can add Doppler shifts to the signal represented by the stream.
Attenuation Simulation
DIVA-D can add time-varying attenuation to the signal represented by the stream.
Additive Noise Simulation
DIVA-D can add Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) to the signal represented by the stream.
Packet Loss Simulation
DIVA-D can periodically drop packets from the stream.
